The ECB publishes rates against the euro. Rate-API rebases them to the US dollar and computes cross rates from them: those figures are Rate-API's calculation, a modification of the ECB data, not rates published by the ECB.

The CNB declares these rates once a month, in Czech koruna, and each is valid for the following month. Rate-API converts them to US dollars with the CNB's own US dollar fixing for the same day: that conversion is Rate-API's calculation.
